Description MS in English on vellum, Hobart, Tasmania, 16 October 1860, 1 f., 63x78 cm, (ca. 54x40 cm), 52 long lines in Tasmanian cursive documentary script, some words in display script, map 21x21 cm of the lands in fine water colours, 2 identical anonymous grid lacquer seals for both parties.
